Valley Metro Dial-a-Ride

602-253-5000 (or 602-716-2200)

Valley Metro contracts with various transit providers to offer Dial-a-Ride for Sun City West residents.  They may issue a commercial cab or Transdev (a new provider under contract with Valley Metro) to provide the service.  To access this service you must register with Valley Metro.

Information provided by local media on this service during the past few weeks has been somewhat confusing.  The Dial-a-Ride service for Sun City West is not really changing.  Valley Metro has actually expanded its contracted providers to give riders more options.  Trips are $4 each way.

Contact Valley Metro to find out how you can access their services.
